There are three updates on this paper. Completed at different times.

1. The Physical foundations of Life and Consciousness. Framework 1.1   (May 4 2024)
2. The Physical Foundations of Life and Consciousness. Framework 1.2   (v1 December 2024, and v2 June 2025)
3. The Physical Foundations of Life and Consciousness. Framework 1.3   (February 2026)

Due to numerous serious engagements, I have, I often end up delaying publication by drifting into other projects. Also, I revise with breaks to improve on concepts. Here is the brief information about the updates

Version 1.1: May 4, 2024. Basic concepts were developed on May 4, 2024, with US copyright on May 14, 2024 

Version 1.2v1: December 9, 2024. Extensive Updates added to all sections.

Version 1.2v2: June 20, 2026. Updates are mostly proofreading and adding references. Time-stamped on August 2, 2024.

Version 1.3: March 2026. This paper has important Changes and updates
